Return & Exchange Policy

At Lantern & Lace, each item is hand-packed with care, and we want you to be thrilled with your order!

Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please email us at lanternandlaceco@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue — we’re always happy to help where we can.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days of delivery if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include photos and your order details so we can review and make it right.

Refunds
If your item arrives damaged or there’s been an error on our part, we’re happy to offer a refund.
Once your claim is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take a few extra days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days from approval, please contact us again at lanternandlaceco@gmail.com, and we’ll assist you further.

Final Sale Items
All sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped from just outside of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Our current processing time is 3–5 business days, which includes preparing, packaging, and shipping your order from the date of purchase. Please note that this does not include transit time.

Shipping Times & Delays
Shipping estimates are approximate and may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Once your order has been handed over to the courier, delivery times are beyond our control.

Delays can occur due to weather, postal service disruptions, customs, or other unforeseen factors. If your package hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date, please allow an additional 5–7 business days before contacting us.

Tracking & Lost Packages
Lantern & Lace is not responsible for missing or delayed packages shipped via untracked letter mail, as we are unable to locate or replace untracked shipments once they’ve been passed to the courier. For peace of mind, we recommend selecting a tracked shipping option at checkout.

International Orders
For orders shipped outside of Canada, customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
